As part of the Santander refresh undertaken by Deep Focus (Engine Group) I was the Lead UX looking after all UX & UI outputs, re-platforming strategy, Apple Watch roll-out, optimisation of Log-in, Business Banking Application and mobile app flows.
Further work in the form of conceptualising omni-channel optimised routes and animation principles were also part of the innovation sessions.
