As part of the Santander refresh undertaken by Engine Group I was the Lead UX looking after all UX & UI outputs, re-platforming strategy, Apple Watch roll-out, optimisation of Log-in, retail banking app and optimise mobile app flows.
Further work in the form of conceptualising omni-channel optimised routes and animation principles were also part of the innovation sessions. The challenges were to come up with a Digital First strategy that would reflect on everything from the retail banking to outdoor advertising. We also had to create a new documentation library that would meet with global banking standards.
