FORMULA ONE

Formula One is the highest class of single-seater auto racing sanctioned by the FIA, it's owned by the Formula One Group. The World Drivers' Championship has been one of the premier forms of racing around the world since its inaugural season in 1950. The Formula One Grand Prix takes place worldwide on purpose-built circuits and on public roads.

As the lead interaction designer I designed and built several of the various media outputs that also included packaging and merchandise.

WORK OVERVIEW

The infographics were released yearly on an exclusive custom designed DVD. This work bled over on to other merchandise such as the F1 Paddock Club VIP passes and clothing.

In 2006 F1 launched it's global online store where this merchandise could be purchased. The f1.com website was revamped with fully interactive maps that showed infographic map layouts with in-car video footage and the best camera and viewing spots.
