Part of the establishment of the innovation lab at Diageo came from the core UX tools and principles that sat at the heart of the team. I created the main tool-sets with examples of inputs and outputs illustrated with example case studies of where they may be used. I formed part of a set of Service Design Tools that included the Design Thinking Workshops and Strategy Planning brochures."
